Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at officialhypescript@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Cancellations requested after 12 hours may not be possible, as your order might already be in production or shipped.
- If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied, please review our refund policy below:
Refunds are granted only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- Your order never arrived (confirmed with tracking).
To request a refund:
- Contact us at officialhypescript@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos (if applicable).
Once approved, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Request a return (if eligible).
- Place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or cancellations for:
- Items purchased on sale or during limited-time drops.
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Orders with incorrect size selection by the customer (please refer to our size guide carefully before purchasing).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at officialhypescript@gmail.com.
