At HypeScript, we know that once you place an order, you want your gear as soon as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle and process all orders from our store:

1. Order Processing Time

• Standard processing time: 2–4 business days
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
• During high-demand periods (new drops, sales, events), processing may take an extra 1–2 days—but we’ll definitely keep you in the loop.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Shipping Times

We currently ship across India, with plans to expand internationally soon.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

• Standard shipping: FREE!!!
• Express Shipping: ₹1499 INR
• Cash on Delivery (COD) available for all orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and link.
You can also track it directly from our website or through the courier’s tracking page.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost:

• Please allow up to 24 hours for our support team to investigate and respond.

We work closely with our courier partners to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Preorders & Limited Drops

Some items may be preorder or made-to-order for exclusive drops. These will have different processing times clearly mentioned on the product page. Please read all info before purchase.
